vs
Fathom vs Otter
Fathom's free plan has no minute limit and keeps recordings until you delete them; Otter's stops at 300 minutes a month and 30 minutes per conversation. Both train on de-identified recordings, but Fathom lets you opt out in settings, while Otter states no opt-out outside Enterprise. Otter takes file uploads and exports transcript files; Fathom does neither.
